This means: the skilled workers are legally employed by SAGO Personal AG, but work exclusively for you. You benefit from full flexibility without the burden of being an employer — contracts, wages, social insurance, insurance and withholding tax are all handled by us.

Our costs are based on a transparent all-inclusive rate per hour worked. This covers wages, social insurance, insurance and our service. We are happy to provide you with an individual quote.

How does payrolling differ from temporary work?

With temporary staffing, we provide you with personnel that we have recruited. With payrolling, you bring the employee — we only handle the formal employment and administration.

Can I later employ payrolling workers myself?

Yes, a transfer to your own company is possible at any time. We arrange the terms fairly and transparently in advance.

What work permits does SAGO cover?

We provide support with short-term residence permits (L), residence permits (B) and cross-border commuter permits (G) as well as notification obligations for Schengen citizens.
